Why This Negativity Di

Someday while I was mindlessly surfing the net looking for humor, I suddenly stumbled on to the fact that 69% of the people find something dirty in a sentence. I thought why people live with such negative outlook to life and everything that they forget the very positive things that the surroundings have in store for men.

The society is getting infected by the virus of negativity. Thousands of people suffer the consequences because of the acts that people do with a negative mindset. I once heard a story which motivates me even now. “There was once a man who had a dog who could walk on water. So one day he thought of showing it to his best friend. So one good evening he invited his buddy over his and later they went for duck hunting near a river. So while they were shooting ducks his dog was fetching the fallen ones from the river. He expected his friend to be astonished and exclaim something amazing. But instead at the end of the day, his buddy spoke ‘why can’t your dog swim on water, it’s useless that way. ‘“

Some people really don’t have that novel intention for looking into things and think of a positive outcome of it. They just want to be in the negative zone and brag around that the act was not done in the right way. No matter what the topic is, they would mention the same old rusty statement that “if it were done the other way around, it would have been much better.” Like who gave them the right to judge peoples’ actions on their own. The situations they handled and the pressure there was originally while doing the thing is certainly not the same. They made the decision they could at that time. They might not be right all the time. It’s the very nature of being human. TO ERR IS HUMAN.

People who sit on the couch, in the beautiful evening and pose comments and brilliant ideas while reading the newspaper or watching the TV, are really not the people who are at all contributing for the development for this nation. In spite of doing all these talks, if they were the least interested or curious about the state, the country, they would have exposed their ideas and views publicly, socially. In fact they are cowards who like to yell at each other at the local dhaba or grocery store which has become their local adda for the evening time. But when asked for the real thing to be done in the field they would certainly back off.

Why do a major part of the people act that way, why do we don’t have the integrity to stand to a cause together, why do we lack the self- confidence and the trust in us, where are our ethics. We must think in a positive way. Only then we could see the hidden possibility. A failure might just be the opportunity in disguise. When failed, we must not talk down on the person, instead we should motivate him to do a better job. He also should have the mentality to see the dearth in his action and then reform accordingly. We should always try to look for opportunities, opportunities for developing the inner self and our workspace and that too without disturbing the harmony of others. Only then we could be a really civilized group of people for whom anything is achievable, even a manned satellite in the moon.

Sachin Tendulkar never really cared about what ignorant people like us think about the way he bats. All he had was the motivation for doing the right thing and the mentality to win no matter what. That was the thing that drove him to the zenith. People who comment about his stance and his shot selection couldn’t even run twice around the very field where he played for 22 years. He is an achiever, the GOD of cricket. Instead of looking at the fact that how well this man handled the pressure and expectation of millions during the game, they all care for the last one delivery that took his wicket.

We must be a bit more positive towards our life and have the self-confidence for success. After that only we could succeed we could judge others who are with us, but first our moral transformation is necessary.
